***** You must have a valid marriage license from the state where you plan to get married. Marriage Licenses are good for 60 days from the date of issuance.
You may obtain a marriage license from any county in the state, regardless of your in-state or out-of-state residency. The ceremony must take place in WV. I offer curbside Sign-and-Go ceremonies and quick elopements (ring exchange and vows with my pre-written script – no wedding party). I am not accepting venue weddings at this time. I am scheduling a select number of home weddings.

If you “just want to make it legal” without a ring exchange or vows, my Sign-and-Go and Curbside Ceremonies will get you married quickly! I closed the chapel doors in July of 2022, but I offer a variety of locations where I can meet and marry couples. This is a popular option for couples who want to be married but don’t want a traditional ceremony or plan to schedule a traditional ceremony later.

If you’re ready to get married, click on the button below. You’ll be directed to a contact form. I’ll contact you within one business day (Monday-Friday). For same-day ceremonies, call or text 740-525-6974.
